1Place Childcare is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, cold calling and identifying opportunities while helping to close deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales excellent communication skills and experience working in a childcare center would be a plus.
1Place Childcare North America Sales Associate Position
• Reports to North America Director of Sales
• Minimum of 25 hours/week guaranteed with up to 32-40 hours/week available
• Merit Bonus
Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential leads and customers from list provided by Sales/Marketing
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-up (including but not limited to no shows)
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects for Director of Sales or VP Operations
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM (Customer Record Management) system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects by prioritizing targets
• Follow a clearly defined Lead Management process as laid out by Sales leadership
• Close sales demos/meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
• Relevant sale experience (2 years is a plus)
• Experience working in a Childhood Education Center is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated independent worker
• Flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones
• Working knowledge of a CRM system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of the product/service we provide
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
